We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of cellar management, strong hospitality skills, and a passion for providing outstanding service in a fast-paced pub environment. Due to the location of the pub, applicants must be able to drive.
Key Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and cellar.
- Engage with customers, providing a friendly and welcoming service.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Monitor responsible service of alcohol in line with legal requirements.
- Assist with stock control and ordering.
Experience & Skills
- Several years of bar/pub experience required.
- Excellent understanding of cellar management.
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to drive to the location.
