Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects through all stages, from initial briefing and client presentations to coordination with architectural teams and external consultants during project delivery.
- Manage FF&E selection, procurement, and project specifications across multiple schemes.
- Present design concepts confidently and contribute actively to collaborative discussions with the senior team.
- Oversee and produce detailed drawing packages and technical documentation from concept design through to construction stages.
- Attend networking and industry events as a representative and ambassador for the studio.
- Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance across project and design tasks.
Key Skills / Requirements:
- A degree in architecture, interior architecture or interior design is necessary for the role.
- 5+ years’ experience within a design or architecture studio working on interior aspects of projects.
- Proven track record of project management and coordination.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Sketchup is essential for the role.
- Experience working in Enscape is beneficial.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
