As the Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will:
- Day to day servicing of the Electrical Infrastructure and the ability to carry out breakdown maintenance on mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis within service level agreements.
- Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect electrical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification.
- Be aware of Safe Systems of Work and its application, performed under the terms of the contract.
- Assist with carrying out sub-contractor inductions and putting people safely to work.
We are looking for:
- A Technical Background, either Mechanically or Electrically qualified, with strong experience in Building Services Engineering.
- Demonstrated understanding of statutory compliance HVAC and Water Treatment.
- Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar.
- Understanding relevant legislation and compliance associated with your key results areas.
- Ability to demonstrate experience in a customer facing role.
- Excellent communications skills with good verbal and written communications.
