A leading international design studio, specialising in high-end hospitality projects is looking for four experienced contract architects to work within their London studio for an immediate start. This is a perfect role for an Architect with experience in hospitality or luxury residential experience that wants to work within a fast paced and motivated team on an on-going contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to hospitality projects within a large, multi-disciplinary team
- Produce and develop detailed design and technical drawing packages
- Work across Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and SketchUp for design and coordination
- Coordinate with external consultants to resolve technical and design information
- Maintain high standards of drawing quality, accuracy, and presentation
Requirements
- You are an ARB-registered Architect, or equivalent, with completed Part III
- You have proven experience on luxury hospitality or high-end residential projects
- You are proficient in Revit, with working knowledge of Rhino, AutoCAD and SketchUp
- You are comfortable taking responsibility for project packages in a studio setting
- You have completed March (Diploma or equivalent) and progressed into practice
