We’re working with a leading design studio in Bristol seeking an experienced Architect to take a leading role within their Workplace and Commercial sector. This is a strong opportunity for someone ready to step up into project leadership, taking ownership of design delivery from Stage 2 through to completion on large-scale, campus-based workplace schemes. Role Overview
Lead or Senior Architect role with responsibility for design direction, technical delivery, and project coordination across complex workplace and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design development from Stage 2 through to completion.
- Deliver compliant, coordinated, and sustainable design solutions.
- Navigate UK Building Regulations, statutory processes, and technical standards.
- Lead submissions including Planning and Building Regulations.
- Engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities.
