My client, a highly respected AJ100 architectural practice, is seeking a talented Architect to join their growing and collaborative team working on high-quality commercial office projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Part 3 Architect through to someone with up to 8 years’ post‑qualification experience who is looking to further develop their career within a well‑established and design‑focused practice. The role offers the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of commercial office schemes, including both retrofit and new build developments. The successful candidate will ideally have well‑rounded project experience across all RIBA stages, with strong technical and delivery capabilities, particularly across Stages 3–5.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and delivery of commercial office projects from concept through to completion
- Produce detailed technical drawing packages and construction information
- Coordinate project information with consultants, contractors and wider design teams
- Support project delivery across RIBA Stages 3–5
- Utilise Revit daily for project documentation and technical coordination
- Attend client meetings and assist with project coordination
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high technical and design standard
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
- Recently qualified Part 3 Architect through to 8 years’ post‑qualification experience
- Strong Revit proficiency with previous experience using Revit within a UK practice
- Experience working on UK‑based projects
- Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing
- Ideally ARB registered
- Experience working on commercial office projects, including retrofit and/or new build developments
- Strong technical ability, particularly across RIBA Stages 3–5
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills
