We are currently looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to join our Visual Merchandising & Store Design team. This position will work collaboratively across all teams to align the brands global aesthetics and visual standards. This position will be based in London to mainly support the global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Elevate the visual store experience through a forward-thinking approach to merchandising
- Prepare design presentations and design development documents
- Maintain organized records of all assigned projects.
- Create and implement a visual merchandising strategy for the stores
- Oversee production of customized merchandising elements for retail environments
- Develop guidelines for both site-specific needs and system wide for regional teams to adapt for a variety of distribution points of sale
- Ensure the strategy is in line with the store’s brand, products, and target market
- Guide regional teams on fabrication through the review of proposals in 3D and providing timely feedback on material use, asset usage and offering design solutions
- Coordinate with global teams for relevant site drawings and specifications needed for execution of merchandising fixtures in store
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience
- Positive/optimistic attitude driven by solutions with a point of view
- Must have beauty experience
- Passionate about retail and in-store visual merchandising with a deep understanding of luxury beauty
- Must have extensive knowledge of product placement and visual display, as well as the ability to adapt and communicate
- Ability to maximize productivity through time management while promoting teamwork and actively contributing to a positive work environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in 3D drawings, CAD experience if a plus
