As our global CRM function continues to evolve, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven CRM Co-ordinator to support the execution of best-in-class customer communications and loyalty experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience to play a key role in customer communications across data, campaigns, automation, and loyalty within a dynamic, international luxury brand.
You will work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Technology, and Data teams to support email, SMS, direct mail, and push notification campaign execution, customer journeys, and platform operations across multiple markets. This role combines operational excellence with creative execution, requiring both technical confidence and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Build, QA, and deploy multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and direct mail using Bloomreach
- Support the setup, optimisation, and monitoring of automated customer journeys and behavioural triggers
- Build and manage customer segmentation using transactional and behavioural data
- Support day-to-day loyalty operations, including promotions, tiers, and reporting
- Partner with the E-commerce team to support product launches, customers subscriptions, and lifecycle activity
- Monitor and report on CRM performance using Google Analytics, Looker, and platform dashboards
- Support CRM integrations, plus testing and UAT of new features
- Assist with creative and technical execution using Photoshop and basic HTML, CSS, Jinja, and JavaScript
- Maintain CRM documentation, data hygiene, GDPR compliance, and operational best practice in collaboration with Tech and Data teams
- 1–3 years’ experience in a CRM role
- Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform (Bloomreach highly desirable)
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident working with data, segmentation, and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-market environment
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
- Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience using Photoshop or similar creative software
- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and loyalty programmes
- Previous experience in luxury, beauty, or fashion is a strong advantage
