Augusta Care is seeking an experienced and enthusiasticSenior Support Workerto join itβs supported living care team in Peterborough.
As a senior support worker you will deliver support to our service users with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour within their own homes. Acting as a role model for your team, you will champion independence and ensure outcomes are achieved for the People we support.
You will be supervising your own support team, ensuring supervisions and team meetings are conducted on a regular basis. You will also be responsible for ensuring good communication between the service and head office, disseminating information as received and ensuring compliance at all times.
Starting pay is Β£13.25 per hour, increasing to Β£13.55 per hour after probation with a Β£1 per hour enhancements for weekends.

Working in supported living has a varied shift pattern, so your available so that you can cover day shifts from 7am to 10pm β usually working to a rolling 2-week shift pattern with every other weekend off.
You will need to be a driver so that you can assist covering in different services as required and you must have or currently be working towards a minimum of an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Care.
