Job Detail: Legal intern (6 month internship)
We are seeking an ambitious, driven and dynamic legal intern to join our legal team for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of a full-time position at the end of the internship (performance basis).
The successful candidate will work closely with the legal team to assist in:
- Equity management platform implementation – assisting with onboarding an equity management platform and ensuring company secretarial documents (such as share certificates, statutory registers) are accurately updated and shared timely with all clients.
- Assist in filing tasks and liaising with clients for signatures.
- Assist in legal invoice management.
- Assisting in sending and collecting documents from external advisors and coordinating with them on certain tasks as necessary.
This role offers flexibility of working both from our central London office and remotely, reflecting our hybrid work approach.
Compensation: Competitive salary
Location: Central London office with hybrid flexibility (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

- Ideally have an undergraduate degree in law
- 0-1 years of experience as a legal secretary or paralegal is desirable
