August is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to own the homeowners' journey from first contact to stay, reporting to the Head of Customer Experience.
This permanent hybrid role is based in Bloomsbury, London, with 3 days in the office and significant scope to shape processes.
You’ll lead the HX team of two, streamline communications, oversee bookings and rewards, partner with Product and Operations, and drive continuous improvements to elevate the homeowner experience across Europe.
