Role Overview
We’re looking for someone to become a key face of Augmentum – someone who can tell our story, shape our narrative in the creator economy, and build a loyal audience around our brand.
Your content will sit across two pillars:
Educate : help founders, marketers, and creators understand how influencer marketing really works – breaking down trends, news, and strategy in a way that actually adds value.
Entertain : create content that is bold, creative, engaging, and memorable – the kind people share, react to, and actually want to watch.
You’ll work closely with leadership to define strategy, but you won’t be waiting for instructions. This role needs a creative self-starter who loves experimenting, is proactive, and thrives in fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities
Become a recognisable on-screen presence for Augmentum.
Create engaging video content across formats including green-screen commentary, street interview content, studio/podcast style discussion content, and more.
Blend wider industry news, platform updates, and creator economy trends with Augmentum’s methodology and perspective.
Tell smart, relevant, story-driven narratives through content – not generic “marketing advice”.
Work with founders and marketing to shape the overarching content strategy.
Bring new ideas, new formats, and new concepts to the table – not just execute briefs.
Analyse what’s performing, what isn’t, and evolve content direction based on data and common-sense insight.
Help build a repeatable rhythm of content output.
Brand Representation
Represent Augmentum’s tone: confident, strategic, slightly irreverent, and genuinely useful.
Ensure content works for a global audience, particularly UK + US.
Contribute to developing Augmentum as a thought‑leader brand.
Practical Reality of the Role
This is not a “sit in your bedroom and film occasionally” creator role.

Location
London preferred. Open to candidates within a few hours of travel. We are aiming for content that feels globally accessible – particularly to UK and US audiences.
