We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Operations with strong technical skills, advanced AI fluency and the ability to bring people together. This is a key role with a clear purpose: keep our care timely, high-quality and cost-efficient as patient numbers grow substantially. Use data and time with colleagues to understand delays, repetitive work and gaps in the patient journey. Maintain excellent performance as we grow. Track waiting times, patient experience and costs, and work with clinical leaders to improve efficiency while protecting care quality. Lead projects from diagnosis through to adoption. You’ll also contribute to wider operational planning, supplier decisions and budgets, working with Finance and People as the business grows. You’re confident with data, operational systems, APIs, integrations and automation. Emotional intelligence and integrity.
