What We’ve Already Done

️ Validated customer pain points via interviews, advisor feedback & early tests

️ Defined MVP scope – covering onboarding, needs assessment, matching engine, and hybrid advice delivery

️ Built initial team with product & venture studio capabilities

️ Secured warm intros to early customers, channel partners, and investors

We’ve done the groundwork. Now we need a CEO with vision and velocity to lead us through MVP build, GTM, and early fundraising.

What You’ll Do

As Co-Founder & CEO, you’ll:

  • Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and commercial model
  • Recruit and lead a high-calibre founding team (starting with a technical co-founder)
  • Drive customer acquisition and early traction
  • Build a scalable advice matching and delivery engine, leveraging AI where useful
  • Secure pre-seed/seed investment from VCs and strategic angels
  • Be the face of the company – to investors, customers, and team

Who You Are

You’re not just a strategist – you’re a builder with a bias for action. Ideally:

  • Ex-MBB or Big 4 strategy/tech consultant (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture, Oliver Wyman, EY-Parthenon etc .) with a track record of launching, scaling, or advising high-growth digital businesses
  • You’ve helped build something from scratch – whether a team, new business unit, or startup
  • AI-curious and product-literate – you don’t need to code, but you know how to translate problems into technical solutions
  • Strong communicator – able to pitch to investors and simplify complex ideas for users
  • Strategic thinker with a sharp grasp of customer psychology, incentives, and the financial landscape
  • ️ Deep interest in wealth management, behavioural finance, or closing the advice gap
