As a Software Developer early in your career, you are seeking an opportunity to grow and work on challenging and innovative products. We are expanding and looking for a talented individual to join our Developer team. We have developed a unique, globally protected solution for the defence, life sciences, medical device, automotive, and retail supply chain industries. Our product is already generating significant commercial success and industry recognition. Our product and service protect highly regulated industries, and our customers trust our product to perform, adding control to their manufacturing processes.
We are now at the next stage of our growth where we are searching for someone to progress with us, starting as a Junior Developer. Someone who is at the start of their career as a Software Developer, ideally post-graduation with a few years of experience – additional wider experience within another role or function would be beneficial. You will support the development of a .NET application that integrates with both our Azure infrastructure and On-Prem installations. Our solution includes our proprietary hardware and software, so a successful application would need to understand the interaction between both.
We are based in Leamington Spa; however, we do not require the candidate to live in the locality. The role can be remote from anywhere in the UK, and we would support working in a coworking space, funded by us. You will need to display a high degree of self-sufficiency and proactivity. In the early stages, you will be involved in contributing to error logging, unit testing, bug fixing, and minor UI development in WPF/XAML. Upon successful completion of your probation, your progression path will span the full range of tasks, up to and including more challenging code development on this unique product. Additionally, you will assist in DevOps-related tasks, including working with CI/CD pipelines to integrate and deploy code using Azure DevOps.
Reporting to the project leader on a day-to-day basis but strategically to our CEO, you will receive input and direction to ensure you are growing and improving, adding transferable skills that are valuable to both us and you.

In return, we offer a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience, fully flexible working, a development plan, and a chance to be part of something great. We operate a culture of individual responsibility and accountability – we’re too busy to micro-manage anyone! We are a successful, established business partnering with known global corporations with an enormous opportunity ahead of us, and we need and want to share that with others who can contribute to help us all achieve our potential.
Please apply enclosing your CV. Only candidates based in the UK and eligible to work in the UK are allowed.
