Do you have what it takes? We are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join the Auger family based at our state-of-the-art head office in Wallasey. You will be fully supported to gain a Level 2 Customer Service qualification alongside thorough in-house training to excel at your role.

Financials

  • Starting Salary - £15,237.79
  • Annual Bonus – approx. £2000
  • 5.5% Pension Contribution

Working Hours

  • Full Time – 37.5hrs per week, Mon-Fri.

The role

In the Claims Technician role, you will be managing your own caseload of claims from cradle to grave. Our objective is to ensure that we provide exceptional customer service, and we deal with the claim in the most efficient and timely manner. You will be the primary point of contact for your customers via phone and email throughout the claim journey, including making the initial first call with the customer, scheduling their appointments, discussing their reports, finalising their claim and dealing with all general enquiries and complaints within the agreed timescales. Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills are vital to the role, as you'll need to confidently talk the customer through every stage of their claim while ensuring we manage their expectations.
