We're looking for a Degree Apprentice to join the Auger Team, based at our Head Office in Wallasey. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to pursue one of the LJMU Built Environment courses while gaining valuable industry experience. The Auger Academy offers a unique combination of hands‑on work experience and academic study towards higher education qualifications.
Successful candidates will receive a competitive starting salary while attending university on a day‑release basis, with all tuition fees fully funded by the company. To be considered, applicants must demonstrate a genuine interest in and motivation to build a career within the construction industry. We are looking for individuals who are driven, energetic, and committed, with a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, with the ability to take ownership of their work and demonstrate accountability.

Financials:
- Salary: £15,600.00
- Annual Bonus: approx. £2000 - £2500
- Pension Contribution: 5.5%
- Working Hours: Full Time – 37.5hrs per week, One day per week allocated to study (during term time)
- Leave: 22 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays, increases to 25 days within 5 years' service
