We're looking for a Lead Driller to join the Auger Team, covering Croydon. Our total package is worth £42,122.35 without overtime.

Financials
- Starting Salary - £37,793.70 dependent on experience
- Annual Bonus - approx £2000 - £2500
- 5.5% Pension Contribution - approx £2,078.65
- Optional weekend OT at 1.5x rate eg. 10 days would top up the package to £44,302.76
Working Hours
- 42.5hrs per week, Mon-Fri only & NO on-call work
- We pay door-to-door including all driving time
- Go straight to your job from home - you don’t have to report to a depot or yard first
- Limited stay-aways, with bonuses/annual leave for more than 3 overnights per quarter

The role
Independently completing geotechnical investigations on-site for our customers. You will use a hydraulic drilling rig and have experience of undertaking soil sampling up to depths of 8m using modular equipment.
Confidently talk our customer through the works, giving them peace of mind. Communicate proactively with our Field Operations Team at HQ. Work effectively with other engineers in our team as required.
