We are seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our finance team and play a key role in driving performance across the business. Based in Wetherby, this is a full‑time, permanent role paying up to £55,000 with excellent benefits.
About the role
The Finance Business Partner is a high‑impact role combining business partnering and management accounting, providing financial insight, challenge, and support to operational leaders.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with operational and commercial teams to support decision‑making
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes
- Producing monthly management accounts with clear variance analysis
- Delivering insightful performance reporting and KPI analysis
- Supporting cost control and margin improvement initiatives
- Developing financial models and investment appraisals
- Providing financial challenge to drive accountability and results
- Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance
What we are looking for:
- Qualified or part‑qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong management accounting and financial analysis experience
- Commercially focused with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Confident communicator able to translate financial data into business insight
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and reporting tools desirable
