We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence across the North East. This is a field-based role focused on winning new business, developing key accounts, and delivering high-value industrial service solutions across sectors including utilities, manufacturing, and energy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving new business acquisition across target sectors, building a strong and sustainable pipeline
- Growing and developing existing client accounts to maximise revenue and margin
- Creating and executing regional sales plans aligned to business growth objectives
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for additional service
- Collaborating with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
