At Augean, we’re looking for a versatile and delivery-focused Business Change Project Manager to lead a varied portfolio of projects across our operational and corporate landscape. This is a role for someone who thrives in a hands-on, multi-site environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and can confidently move between operational, technical, and business change projects.
About the Role
In this business critical role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery from shaping scope through to successful implementation and adoption. You’ll work across a broad range of environments including operational sites, treatment facilities, and head office functions, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and aligned to business priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects and business change initiatives
- Define scope, objectives, and success criteria with key stakeholders
- Build and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and RAID logs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, site managers, contractors, and suppliers
- Track progress and report on milestones, risks, and costs to governance forums
- Proactively manage and escalate risks and issues
