About Audopia
Audopia is a fast-growing, audio-first personal development platform connecting individuals and workplaces with expert-led wellbeing and growth courses. We deliver screen-free learning experiences focused on emotional resilience, leadership, mental health, ADHD coaching, menopause support, and more - anytime, anywhere. We are in the pre-seed stage, gaining early traction, and raising our first investment round. Audopia sits at the exciting intersection of WellTech and EdTech, with aspirations to integrate AI-driven personalisation as the platform evolves.
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personal growth advocate Co-Founder to join Audopia alongside the founding CEO (a qualified coach, hypnotherapist, and platform creator). You will be the commercial and growth engine of the business, responsible for scaling Audopia into a market leader. You’ll work as a true co-founder: shaping the future of the business, raising investment, building market presence, and unlocking B2B opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Fundraising: Lead the pre-seed and seed fundraising efforts alongside the CEO, pitching to investors and early-stage funds.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Build and execute commercial strategies for B2C and B2B growth.
- B2B Expansion: Open doors into HR/L&D departments to position Audopia as a corporate wellbeing and learning solution.
- Sales & Partnerships: Build pipelines of clients, distribution channels, and strategic partners.
- Brand & Community: Grow Audopia’s presence through social media, PR, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership.
- Operational Growth: Help refine business models (SaaS-enabled marketplace, future subscription models) and lead early team hires post-funding.
- Strategic Support: Serve as a critical sounding board and strategic partner to the CEO across product, marketing, growth, and scaling.
True co-founder status — a core shaper of the company’s future. Significant equity stake. Build a mission-driven platform at the intersection of personal growth and audio-first learning. Future opportunity to innovate with AI personalisation as the platform scales. Join at the perfect inflexion point: traction built, product live, fundraising in motion.
