TheOpportunity
As the Cruise Product Executive you will be responsible for supporting the Global Cruise Manager with developing new product, managing supplier relationships, ensuring high levels of service delivery to clients and sales teams, maintaining accurate product content and providing sales teams with training and support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work with cruise lines to deliver product differentiation
- Pro-actively review competitor product offering and stay close to new developments via travel media, supplier updates and industry forums
- Develop an effective information flow with sales teams to help identify product gaps while reinforcing approach to consolidation
- Ensure all Health and Safety and responsible tourism requirements are met when sourcing product
- Help develop strong relationships to ensure Audley have an effective and functioning partnership with the very best suppliers
- Routinely evaluate supplier performance and share observations and proposed actions with Global Cruise Manager where applicable
- Attend supplier meetings, assisting with preparation, minute taking and actions
- Attend trade and supplier events as required
- Establish feedback channels with suppliers and sales teams to ensure system text, product information and client documentation is accurate
- Review client feedback and act to correct documentation inaccuracies
- Provide sales teams with appropriate information and guides to aid familiarity with product mix, client experience and pricing.
- Maintain accuracy of existing suppliers and product components, ensuring updates from sales or suppliers are actioned in a timely manner
