As a Village Housekeeper, you’ll help ensure our village always looks and feels its best.
Your role will be varied. One day you might be looking after our beautiful communal spaces and guest suites, and the next providing a housekeeping service within an owner’s home.
You’ll take pride in the small details, build positive relationships with our owners and deliver the same high standards wherever you are working.
Your responsibilities will include:
Cleaning and maintaining communal areas throughout the village to an exceptional standard.
Providing professional housekeeping services within owners’ private homes, including cleaning, changing bed linen and general household tasks.
Preparing and cleaning our guest suites, ensuring they are beautifully presented and ready for arriving guests.
Supporting laundry services, including washing, drying, ironing and folding.
Replenishing housekeeping supplies and ensuring cleaning equipment is used and stored safely.
Identifying and reporting maintenance issues, hazards or damaged equipment.
Respecting owners’ homes, belongings, privacy and individual preferences at all times.
Working closely with the wider village team to create a welcoming and exceptional environment for owners and guests.
