The Restaurant is set within our Audley Retirement village, which has its own health club, library, fine dining restaurant, bar and luxury suites. Audley villages comprise owners who permanently reside on site within their own private homes but also host external customers. As our Waiter / Waitress, you’ll ensure that Audley Owners and External Customers have the highest quality of service and experience. Thanks to you, owners and guests who come to enjoy the exceptional food and surroundings at our restaurant and bistro will receive a warm welcome and seamless service. Whether taking reservations, seating guests, advising on the menu, serving afternoon tea, promoting the village and our luxury spa, or sharing a joke with regulars, you’ll deliver exceptional service. You’ll also help service our guest suites, answer owners’ enquiries, keep an eye on stock levels, assist in setting up for special events, and maintain cleanliness.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in hospitality and handling cash (preferably).
- Takes pride in everything you do.
- A ‘can do’ attitude and an organised approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and driven by standards and sales opportunities.
- Eager to learn and develop.
- Hands-on and flexible approach to daily duties and shift patterns.
