Role
The restaurant is set within our Audley Retirement village, which has its own health club, library, fine dining restaurant, bar and luxury suites. Audley Villages comprises owners who permanently reside on site and also hosts external customers. As a growing luxury brand, we invest in training and development, giving you the chance to develop skills, take on varied roles and pursue a career in hospitality quickly. This is a 0‑hour contract.
As our Waiter / Waitress you’ll ensure that Audley owners and external customers receive the highest quality of service. You’ll take reservations, seat guests, advise on the menu, serve afternoon tea, promote the village and spa, share jokes with regulars, help service guest suites, answer enquiries, keep an eye on stock levels, help set up for special events, and keep everything clean.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in hospitality and handling cash (preferably).
- Taking pride in everything you do is an essential quality.
- A ‘can do’ attitude and an organised approach that ensures things get done.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and driven by standards and sales opportunities.
- Eager to learn and develop.
- Hands on and flexible approach to daily duties and shift patterns.
- Warm, professional and empathetic, as well as smartly turned out.
