You will partner with Sales, Leisure and Hospitality to deliver a warm, personalised journey from first contact through move‑in and ongoing engagement.
You’ll lead the lifestyle and community programme, coordinate events and build meaningful relationships with owners. Strong leadership and CRM proficiency are essential.
