You will be a visible and reassuring presence for our owners and guests, providing friendly and professional support while carrying out overnight security checks, monitoring CCTV, responding appropriately to emergencies and ensuring the village is ready for the following day.

You will also support with overnight cleaning, refuse collection, pool and leisure facility preparation, reception duties and administrative tasks.

This is a role where you will need to work confidently and independently, manage competing priorities and remain calm and professional when unexpected situations arise.

  • Completing daily reports and providing a clear handover to the day team.
  • Maintaining accurate records and handling information sensitively and confidentially.
  • Following all Health & Safety, Fire Safety, safeguarding and company procedures.
