You must be a driver due to the remote location of the village. We develop and run villages with the wow factor that enhance the lives of our owners, their family and their friends. As our Maintenance Operative you will perform a range of general and ground maintenance duties to a consistently high level and assist the Facilities Manager with daily maintenance, meeting the standards required by our owners and the business. Our owner’s quality of life and care depend upon the safe and exceptional standard of the facilities we provide, as well as the facilities within their home.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in pool plant operations.
  • Experience in electrics, joinery, plumbing would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety working practices and regulations, COSHH, RIDDOR, etc.
  • Multi-trader (desirable).
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Team player who can also work independently.
  • Warm, professional and empathetic.
