Audley Villages is seeking a Multi-skilled Maintenance Operative to support garden, maintenance and minibus driving across our luxury village communities in Greater London.
You will perform general and grounds maintenance and assist the Facilities Manager to uphold high standards for our owners.
The ideal candidate has pool plant experience; skills in electrics, joinery or plumbing are a plus.
Knowledge of Health & Safety (COSHH, RIDDOR) and a collaborative, empathetic approach are essential.
