The Restaurant is set within our Audley Retirement village, which has its own health club, library, fine dining restaurant, bar and luxury suites. Audley villages comprise owners who permanently reside on site within their own private homes but also host external customers. As our Waiter / Waitress, you'll ensure that Audley Owners and External Customers have the highest quality of service and experience. Thanks to you, owners and guests who come to enjoy the exceptional food and surroundings at our restaurant and bistro will receive a warm welcome and seamless service. Whether you're taking reservations, seating guests, advising on the menu, serving afternoon tea, promoting the village and our luxury spa, or sharing a joke with regulars, you'll deliver exceptional service. You'll also help service our guest suites, answer owners' enquiries, monitor stock levels, assist in setting up for special events, and maintain cleanliness.
Responsibilities:- Take reservations and seat guests.
- Advise on menu, serve afternoon tea, promote the village and spa.
