Set in Kintbury, West Berkshire, in the beautiful Inglewood House surrounded by picturesque gardens, Blandy’s restaurant and bistro is contemporary yet full of English charm. Blandy’s boasts well crafted seasonal menus that employ locally sourced fresh produce, diners can enjoy exquisite modern dining in a deluxe setting.
The Role:
We are looking to recruit a chef on a fixed term contract with the option to become permanent. We are looking for a candidate who can start immediately, who will be flexible and available to commit to a 40 hour week, working on a rota basis. Our restaurant is open 7 days a week with last service at 20:30 every day and 16:00 on Sundays. With a newly created menu for each season, the menu is modern yet full of classical English charm. The elegant décor and relaxed atmosphere make the perfect setting for a unique and special dining experience.
The ideal applicant will possess a genuine passion for food, cooking with fresh produce and will confidently be able to run the kitchen. You’ll also assist with everything from stock ordering, stock rotation, ensuring absolute cleanliness and order is in accordance with HACCP rules and Audley Company Procedures. Finally helping the management team to develop new dishes and menus you will be a vital member of this small, talented team.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience of working in Hotel/Restaurant - Essential
- A proven history of running a kitchen, managing food deliveries & stock control
