Role Highlights

You’ll take ownership of organising global leisure travel for Audley employees—securing the best available discounts, upholding internal policies, and ensuring every staff trip is arranged smoothly from enquiry to return. Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you’ll manage the full staff-travel process while communicating benefits creatively across the business.

You’ll be expected to:

  • Secure competitive employee and industry discounts while ensuring full policy and ABC compliance.
  • Maintain and optimise the staff-travel policy to ensure fair access to benefits across the business.
  • Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate discounts to enhance employee travel options.
  • Communicate travel benefits and opportunities clearly across internal platforms.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Process-driven decision-maker with strong problem-solving and diplomacy skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable suggesting improvements.
  • Highly organised with excellent time-management and attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator who builds rapport easily and works well with diverse stakeholders.
  • Confident using Office 365 tools and familiar with policy compliance (UK Bribery Act awareness desirable).
  • Demonstrates Audley’s values: positive, one team, making a difference, and passionate about travel.

  • This role can be located in our Witney, Oxfordshire or London, Shepherd's Bush office.
  • Salary of £27,350, plus commission.
