What you’ll be doing

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in delivering the people strategy by partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage and hire exceptional talent across all areas of the business. You’ll lead on proactive sourcing, drive innovative attraction campaigns, champion our employer brand and ensure every candidate enjoys a brilliant experience. Alongside day-to-day recruitment delivery, you’ll also shape recruitment processes, manage key talent pipelines and provide data-driven insights to support strategic workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Delivery
    • Partner with hiring managers across the business (UK and US) to deliver against hiring plans within agreed timeframes.
    • Work collaboratively with the wider People Team and managers to understand future workforce needs and influence talent and resourcing decisions.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
    • Coordinate assessment processes, including calls, video and aptitude testing.
    • Work with the People Development team to ensure smooth and timely onboarding for all new starters.
    • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all vacancy and offer activity is accurately recorded and supporting hiring managers with system usage.
  • Candidate Attraction
    • Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
    • Use innovative and creative methods to build proactive talent pipelines.
    • Lead recruitment advertising activity and manage careers social media platforms.
    • Optimise careers site content to increase both the quality and volume of applications.
    • Champion the employer brand through various channels and initiatives.
    • Drive engagement with the employee referral programme and other attraction initiatives.
  • Process, Insights & Best Practice
    • Review, develop and implement inclusive recruitment processes and procedures.
    • Track, analyse and report key recruitment metrics, including activity levels and costs.
    • Stay informed on market trends and best practice, sharing insights to help improve resourcing approaches across the business.

You’re an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. With a strong background in proactive sourcing and relationship-building, you bring credibility, commercial awareness and a consultative approach to every interaction. You’re passionate about delivering brilliant experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike, and you’re motivated by continuous improvement - both personally and within the recruitment function.

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Expertise

  • Progressive in-house recruitment experience, ideally within the travel industry.
  • Proven capability in sourcing high-volume and specialist roles within a fast-moving, changing environment.
  • Experience designing and implementing a variety of attraction and selection methodologies.
  • Comfortable managing and working to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Understanding of recruitment legislation, policy and best practice.
