As Campaign Manager, you will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of audience‑led, multi‑channel marketing campaigns, driving performance through insight and analysis. Working closely with global marketing teams, Product, Sales and wider stakeholders, you will deliver coordinated, impactful messaging that reaches the right audience at the right time to maximise engagement and commercial results.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain quarterly communication plan focused on client retention and new client acquisition, which incorporates sales data, capacity, company news, commercial priorities, audience insight, competitor analysis and market intent indicators.
  • Define and execute profitable multi‑channel campaigns to drive customer engagement, brand affinity and awareness, and generate qualified enquiries. Channel execution may include: Owned media (email, web, direct mail, social media), Digital or in‑person events and exhibitions, Online and offline advertising.
  • Establish planning and measurement strategies, including the definition of key performance metrics to track and identify new customer acquisition, customer retention and maintain optimal Cost of Sale targets.
  • Act as the central point of coordination for campaign activity, managing timelines, approvals, and dependencies across teams and markets.
  • Monitor campaign performance across all channels, analysing results against targets and sharing actionable insights.
  • In collaboration with Brand strategy, support all campaigns with a brand awareness orientation including measurement and look back analysis process to determine efficacy of campaigns.
  • Responsible for the productivity and efficiency of the team through consistent management of performance, regular feedback and coaching.
  • Conduct 1‑2‑1s and quarterly performance reviews with individual team members to provide support and identify development/training needs.
  • Set and review objectives for team and create development plans.

About you

You’ll be an experienced Campaign Manager with a background in global organisations, delivering coordinated campaigns that drive measurable results. You will also have experience leading teams and balancing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Experience in coordinating projects that involve multiple managers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to motivate, engage and inspire team members.
  • Communicates plans and expectations clearly to others.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills, capable of managing several major projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail at all times including during busy periods.
  • Ability to critically assess strategy and plans as well as specific aspects such as design, photography and copy.
  • Thorough knowledge of print and digital media channels and associated production and development methods.
  • Thorough understanding of appropriate KPIs and reporting techniques.
  • Fluent in CRM and audience management tools, with experience using data to inform segmentation and targeting.
  • Able to interpret audience insights and apply them to create more relevant, tailored and impactful campaigns.
  • Passionate about delivering communications that reflect customer interests, motivations, and travel preferences.
