Role Highlights
Lead Allocation:
- Your main responsibility will be managing the Internal CRM trip and lead queue for the Global Travel team and allocating new enquiries to the Global Travel Advisors.
- Ensuring that each lead is assigned to the right person at the right time by utilising the department lead tracker and input from Global Travel Managers.
- Working autonomously in the role you will be responsible for overall decision-making, with the support and guidance from Global Travel Managers.
Communication & Administrative Support:
- Collaborating closely with Global Travel Managers to understand team capacity and availability, and to provide timely updates on lead allocation challenges and opportunities.
- Highlighting any capacity issues early and communicating them to the GTT management team for decision-making.
- Cross-functional communication with Marketing, Administration, Client Experience, and Trade teams, as necessary.
- Providing administrative support to Global Travel Managers during periods of lower lead volumes, primarily related to team capacity and planning.

This role is located in our Witney, Oxfordshire office or our Shepherd\βs Bush, London office
Salary range of Β£25,000-Β£28,000 dependent on experience

The Interview Process
Our interview process involves 3 main stages:
- One of our recruiters will review your application personally, and if successful we will invite you to complete a video submission using a platform called HireVue. This provides an opportunity for you to answer some questions to help us explore your application further.
- A follow-up call with a recruiter to discuss next steps and share further details on the role.
- The last and final stage is an interview with two of our Regional Sales Managers from the hiring team.
