This role is based in our Witney, Oxfordshire office and available on a hybrid basis with 1-2 days per week in the office. The part-time schedule is 21.5 hours per week, worked over 3 consecutive days with the following shift pattern: Thursday 9am-5.30pm, Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 10am-6pm.

Audley Travel crafts personalised journeys for clients, drawing on over 25 years of experience to help clients create memorable trips. As a Global Travel Advisor, you’ll apply sales and advisory skills to research and recommend destinations, communicate the value of booking with Audley, and build advocacy for the Audley brand from first contact.
Role Highlights
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries; contact clients to establish their preferences and trip requirements
- Make recommendations to clients using knowledge and feedback from our sales teams
- Take ownership of all enquiries, acting as a single point of contact from initial inquiry through handover to our sales teams
- Use a variety of sales techniques to convert enquiries into destination-specific leads
- Ensure a high level of enquiry conversion through product knowledge, sales techniques, quality interactions, service, and brand passion
- Attend client events as required and champion Audley Travel’s brand and values
It Would be Great If
- You have prior sales and customer-facing experience delivering high levels of service
- You can analyse potential issues and problem-solve effectively
- You have strong planning, organisational and administrative skills
- You are confident with MS Office and familiar with databases
- You are a committed team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You can work under tight deadlines
