Experienced Travel Sales Specialist – Indian Ocean

Join Audley Travel and become our next Travel Sales Specialist to join our Indian Ocean Sales Team – a dream job for those beach-lovers who are inspired by travel and delivering the very best customer experience! If you have a passion for travel and first-hand experience of visiting, living or working in the Maldives, Seychelles and Mauritius, we would love to hear from you! We\’re looking for you to ideally join us on Monday 27th October or 24th November 2025.

  • You are excited to educate clients on their destinations, and answer any questions about their itineraries

This role is located in either our Witney, Oxfordshire office or Shepherd’s Bush, London office

Commission guaranteed with total salary of £37,000 – £54,000+ in year one

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves 3 main stages:

  • One of our recruiters will review your application personally, and if successful we will invite you to complete a video submission using a platform called HireVue. This provides an opportunity for you to answer some questions to help us explore your application further.
  • A follow-up call with a recruiter to discuss next steps and share further details on the role.
  • The last and final stage is an interview with two of our Regional Sales Managers from the hiring team.
  • Outcome and final feedback. We also encourage you to provide us feedback, if you wish, to help us improve our recruitment process.
