This role is based out of Witney office in Oxfordshire and a minimum of 3 days per week in the office is required. The work pattern for this role is 9-5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9-5pm on Friday.

As the Travel Operations Assistant you will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of a client’s documentation in advance of their trip. Working closely with our sales teams (Country Specialists) and our partners on the ground (GHA), your aim will be to deliver a high standard of quality and service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure all booking and flight details are up to date and finalised ahead of the client’s departure, cross checking existing confirmations where applicable.
- Ensure the final booking record is accurate including checking all costs and resolving any errors.
- Prepare final travel documentation for the client, ensuring that the information is accurate and personalised to enhance client experience.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent attention to detail whilst working towards daily targets.
- Able to work independently to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence to communicate clearly via Microsoft Teams and Outlook programmes in order to attend regular training, share information and seek support if required.
- Good understanding of Office 365 including MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook.
