The role
As the Trade Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving Audley’s brand visibility, partner engagement, and campaign execution within the UK travel trade sector. You’ll work collaboratively across trade sales and marketing teams to develop and deploy compelling B2B marketing initiatives that enhance channel performance, support key travel partners, and fuel growth.
- Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns in partnership under the direction of Head of Trade sales.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of trade marketing materials, including brochures, POS collateral, email newsletters, and digital toolkits.
- Oversee Audley’s social media comms plan to the trade considering business focus and needs.
- Plan and coordinate trade events and exhibitions.
- Monitor the performance of trade marketing activities through KPIs, partner feedback, and ROI analysis.
- Support the development and implementation of joint marketing plans with key trade partners.
- Liaise with creative, digital, and content teams to ensure all trade-facing content is on-brand, tailored to channel needs and briefed and delivered on time.
- Stay informed about competitor activity, market trends, and trade channel innovations.
- Work collaboratively with Business Development Managers and Audley’s sales teams to identify opportunities to accelerate growth through trade sales channel.
About you
You’re a proactive and creative marketer with experience in a fast-paced B2B environment. You have a keen eye for design, a commercial mindset, and a “can-do” attitude that makes you a natural collaborator. Proficient in marketing platforms like CRM, email tools, and Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, you’re also confident using Office 365.
- Understanding of the travel industry B2B landscape is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Proactive and enthusiastic with an eye for creativity and design across multiple comms channels (email, social, brochure).
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Good understanding of Office 365 including MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook.
