What you’ll be doing
Working within the global People Development team, you will be primarily responsible for producing content for and delivering Audley’s comprehensive and industry-leading onboarding programme to all new hires. You will partner with the relevant management teams to ensure that employees are trained and developed to perform to the best of their ability, contributing towards overall conversion and service levels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Fully accountable for centralised onboarding and sales training, including supporting business initiatives/approaches which upskill sales teams and drive sales.
- Staying up to date with modern sales training practices to proactively suggest & curate ways to train and develop sales teams to ensure Audley’s training offering is market-leading and effective.
- Develop centralised annual sales learning calendar to ensure all levels of capability have access to a wide variety of learning material according to need.
- Work collaboratively with the wider People Development team to coordinate, develop and deliver induction, systems, and sales training.
- Continually review all training sessions to evaluate their effectiveness, collaborating with the People Development team to ensure that all training content and delivery methods are consistent and current.
- Develop engaging e-learning content to be hosted on our Learning Management System, Compass.
- Carry out training evaluation for all learning initiatives, including sales training content both pre & post our 90-day onboarding programme.
You will be contractually located in our Shepherds Bush, London office. A minimum of 3 days per week in the office is required for this role (Tues-Thurs generally), this may be higher based on training delivery needs.
About you
You have proven experience in designing, developing, facilitating, and implementing dynamic and successful onboarding, systems, and sales training programmes both in person and virtually. You are a credible and influential stakeholder manager, building and maintaining strong internal relationships at all levels to identify training needs and provide timely and effective solutions.

- Proven coaching experience.
- A natural presenter and confident communicator, remaining calm in pressurised situations.
- A flexible team player with a high level of initiative and solution-focused.
- A trustworthy and honest person who appreciates confidentiality.
