The role
A 12-month role to lead and manage all technical aspects of a key project, from finalised requirements through to go-live readiness. The solution design requires managing technical delivery across complementary technologies, including Salesforce Service Cloud, a client portal build, an integration platform, and any required changes to periphery systems. The delivery lifecycle to be managed spans from requirements captured in the design phase through to a fully developed, integrated, and tested solution that is ready for production go-live. The role includes delivering results through internal teams and sourcing additional external services and resources as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

Technical Solution Delivery

  • Delivering a suite of systems that together make up the technology solution, from defined requirements through to a fully tested system set.
  • The technology solution is expected to comprise an Engineering workstream (covering environments, code management, data, release management), 5 technology delivery workstreams and a testing workstream.
  • Leadership of all solution delivery resources, internal and external.
  • Understand and apply the solution design, Audley’s architecture and delivery standards.
  • Define the delivery approach and resources for each workstream of delivery.
  • Identify, select and engage partners where required, ensuring value for money, quality and required results are delivered.
  • Adoption of required delivery methods, tools and quality controls.
  • Define and deliver to clear timelines, quality and cost.

Leadership

  • Responsible for the productivity and efficiency of project resources through consistent management of activities to agreed plans.
  • Create a culture of engagement, collaboration and open communication within the project team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Application delivery leadership in medium and/or large environments with a mixture of SaaS/PaaS, package solutions and bespoke solutions – and therefore experience of delivering multi-technology solutions.
  • Experience of Salesforce, Web portal and Integration platform deliveries.
  • Experienced in sourcing and contracting 3rd party partners.
  • Experienced managing internal and 3rd parties for delivery and testing.
  • Experienced delivering functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Experience of Agile scrum based delivery approach.
  • Experience of DevOps practices such as CI/CD, IaC, build and deployment automation, test automation.
  • A track record of technology change delivery in a fast paced and complex environment.
  • Clear leader of people, creating a high-performance culture.
  • Organised, practical, commercial, energetic.
  • Stakeholder management and influencing with all levels from C-suite to operators.
