What You’ll Be Doing

As our ESG Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our sustainability agenda forward. You will support our B Corp recertification, strengthen our ESG reporting and data processes, and help embed responsible practices across the business. Working closely with the Global Sustainability Manager and teams worldwide, you will ensure we continue to improve our impact and meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance.

  • B Corp Management
  • Take day-to-day ownership of our B Corp recertification process in partnership with the Global Sustainability Manager.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination to prepare for recertification, including impact assessments, narrative development, evidence gathering, and quality assurance.
  • Liaise directly with B Corp representatives and external consultants to manage assessments and provide required documentation.
  • Produce ESG and B Corp progress updates for the Global Sustainability Manager and senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business functions to deliver B Corp workstreams and drive continuous improvement.
  • ESG Data Management
  • Own and manage ESG data streams, ensuring accurate, robust data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Support the development of ESG reporting frameworks and contribute to external reports, including the Annual Sustainability Report.
  • Assist with materiality assessments and climate risk and opportunities disclosures.
  • Supplier Engagement
  • Drive supplier engagement to promote sustainable and responsible practices.
  • Work with the Product team to embed sustainability requirements into supplier standards and annual improvement plans.
  • Support the management and growth of our Responsible Choice product range, ensuring alignment with ESG and B Corp expectations.
  • Act as a sustainability champion across the business, influencing teams to adopt best-practice approaches and integrate ESG principles into daily decision-making.

You will be contractually located to either our Witney, Oxfordshire or Shepherds Bush, London office, and typically a minimum of 3 days per week in the office is required.

You are a purpose-driven sustainability professional with the skills, curiosity and commitment to help advance our ESG and B Corp ambitions. You combine strong analytical capability with the confidence to collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple workstreams. Passionate about responsible travel and positive impact, you bring both expertise and enthusiasm to everything you do.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in sustainability, ESG, responsible business, or a related field, with a track record of delivering meaningful impact.
  • Experience working with B Corp frameworks, impact assessments or certification processes.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes across diverse teams.
  • Excellent understanding of carbon reporting, climate-related disclosures, and frameworks such as TCFD.
  • Strong analytical capability, including experience working with ESG or carbon data sets.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and certifications - experience with GSTC criteria is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A genuine passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change through responsible travel.
  • A strong interest in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related disciplines, staying informed on emerging trends and best practices.
  • Confident user of Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook.
