Senior Product Executive – USA
Responsible for supporting the Regional Product Manager (RPM) with developing new products, managing supplier relationships, ensuring high levels of service delivery to clients and sales teams, maintaining accurate product content, and providing training and support to sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- New product development
- Work with suppliers to deliver product differentiation
- Pro‑actively review competitor product offering and stay close to new developments via travel media, tourist board, and supplier updates
- Develop an effective information flow with sales teams to identify product gaps and reinforce consolidation approach
- Supplier relationships
- Help develop strong relationships to ensure Audley has an effective partnership with the best suppliers
- Routinely evaluate supplier performance and share observations and proposed actions with the Regional Product Manager where applicable
- Assist with tender process, analysis, and contracting
- Assist sales and finance to manage payment queries
- Service delivery
- Establish feedback channels with suppliers and sales teams to ensure system text, product information and client documentation is accurate
- Review client feedback and act to correct documentation inaccuracies
- Manage use of supplier feedback log across sales teams and record trends in supplier performance
- Trading support
- Provide product support to Travel Sales Consultants in all markets
- Manage helpdesk requests (Cases)
- Co‑ordinate internal and external training sessions, and coordinate with suppliers where appropriate
- Manage familiarisation trip objectives, coordinate trip planning, briefings, and facilitate sharing of information on return
- Product content maintenance
- Maintain accuracy of existing suppliers and product components, ensuring updates from sales or suppliers are actioned promptly
- Manage content for documentation and web via in‑house systems (Quest and Image Library)
- Coordinate timely delivery of material for marketing and PR requests
- Provide product content for website including itineraries
