Role Highlights
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage and develop a team of Sales Operations Specialists, supporting their growth and ensuring departmental KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
- Own the Customer Journey: Take responsibility for the operational delivery of bookings from confirmation through to clients returning home.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies and operational performance across your specialist region.

- Salary starting from £37,500 + Discretionary bonus.
