What you’ll be managing
As a Global Travel Manager, you’ll lead our Global Travel Team at the heart of our sales operation – ensuring every enquiry is expertly routed, handled efficiently, and converted into unforgettable journeys.
You’ll drive team performance, develop talent, and partner closely with sales programmes to maximise opportunity, all while fostering a high-energy, client-focused environment.
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of Global Travel Advisors, setting clear expectations and driving results against KPIs
- Create a positive, competitive sales culture where excellence in service and performance is recognised and rewarded
- Manage team capacity and workload to maximise productivity and ensure strong enquiry conversion
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and coaching to support development and continuous improvement
- Set and review targets, objectives and development plans aligned to business goals
- Use data, call listening and performance insights to identify opportunities, improve capability and embed best practice
- Drive a culture of continuous learning through training, feedback and collaboration with the People Development team
- Partner with sales teams to prioritise high-value opportunities and support areas of peak demand
- Champion exceptional client experience, promoting a "sales through service" mindset and high communication standards
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Client Experience to enhance service delivery and resolve feedback effectively

- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Discretionary annual bonus plan
