We are looking for an enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant with Midday Supervision to join the team at Audley Primary School. This is a permanent role from February 2026. As part of our energetic and welcoming team, you will enthuse and motivate students to strive for success while maintaining a healthy learning environment for all children within the school.

Audley Primary School is a one-form entry school in Caterham. Our school motto of ‘A Journey to Excellence' is at the heart of everything we do in school and together with parents, carers, governors and the local community, each and every child is encouraged to follow this principle.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • High standards of communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • The ability to motivate students.
  • Knowledge of Phonics, Early Years and ELSA would be desirable but not essential.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
