We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with Midday Supervision to join the team at Audley Primary School. This is a permanent role from April 2026.
As part of our energetic and welcoming team, you will enthuse and motivate students to strive for success while maintaining a healthy learning environment for all children within the school. Audley Primary School is a one-form entry school in Caterham. Our school motto of ‘A Journey to Excellence' is at the heart of everything we do in school and together with parents, carers, governors and the local community, each and every child is encouraged to follow this principle.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- High standards of communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- The ability to motivate students.
- Knowledge or experience in either KS1 or KS2 would be desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge or experience in Thrive/ELSA would be desirable but not essential, as training would be provided.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
