Job responsibilities
Our receptionists play a vital role in ensuring patients receive timely and appropriate care. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing courteous, efficient, and effective support. You will also provide general administrative assistance to the practice team and act as a key link between patients, doctors, and other medical and clerical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in person, over the phone, and via email.
Direct patients to the appropriate service or healthcare professional.

Support patients with online access, including registration and navigation.
