The Role

A capable and proficient family lawyer with at least 1 year experience is required for a growing business that handles a busy and mixed caseload. This is a role suitable for an ambitious solicitor with aspirations of becoming a partner. The firm will consider a legal executive with experience.

The Candidate

You should have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex matters clearly, as well as being a determined negotiator with robust advocacy skills. It is important that you have excellent IT and organisational skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Running caseloads which will include all areas of dispute resolution
• Conduct caseload efficiently
• Efficient time recording and case management using IT systems
• Demonstrate excellent client care
• Market the firm to build on the existing caseload
